Job description

As Communications Expert, you will define and execute TUSK IC’s communications strategy across customers, prospective employees, investors, and partners across the semiconductor ecosystem.

You understand how to translate complex semiconductor technologies into compelling stories for customers, talent, industry stakeholders, and the market. You will be responsible for strengthening TUSK IC’s brand visibility, supporting commercial growth, attracting world-class talent, and positioning the company as a leader in Europe’s semiconductor landscape.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience working in a fast-growing technology company.

In this role, you will shape our narrative, build our brand and help define Europe’s next SatCom champion.

Responsibilities and challenges

  • Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy towards TUSK IC’s stakeholders
  • Define content strategy and create compelling content including posts, articles, newsletters, opinion pieces, investor updates, videos, and social media campaigns
  • Maintain consistent messaging, positioning, and brand narrative
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant European and international technology journalists, editors, analysts, and influencers
  • Secure strong digital presence as well as high-quality media coverage across technology, business, venture capital, semiconductor, and space publications
  • Manage website content and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Track performance and optimize engagement using relevant analytics tools

Competences and qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or corporate communications.
  • Experience in a deep-tech company, preferably related to space tech, communications technology or semiconductors
  • Experience within a venture-backed technology scale-up, semiconductor or space industry is a strong bonus
  • Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and building thought leadership
  • Understanding of the European technology landscape and startup ecosystem.
  • Proven track record managing communications projects independently, from strategy through execution
