Join the mmWave revolution!

We are rapidly expanding and are looking for talented, motivated new colleagues to further grow the company as the leading mmWave design partner in Silicon.

Open positions:
Senior Analog IC designer
Senior RF/mmWave IC designer
Antenna and packaging designer

What are these roles all about?

Senior Analog IC designer

Analog design at an RF/mmWave company? Absolutely! A crucial and challenging aspect of RF/mmWave IC design is the analog blocks in and around the RF path. A small noise source in a biasing circuit can get upconverted to 100GHz, so clean voltage supplies and current references are essential for these high-performing systems. Wideband, ultra-programmable BB amplifiers as well as the high-resolution detectors for calibration loops and self-testing capabilities are areas where analog-mmWave co-design are a necessity for the mmWave FEM of tomorrow.

Senior RF/mmWave IC designer
mmWave IC design is that black magic domain of electronics where everything can be a parasitic transmission line, inductor or (if you’re really unlucky) on-chip antenna. A multidisciplinary skillset of circuit design, transistor layout optimization and 3D EM- and parasitic extraction is needed to make things work that operate at frequencies with at least 10 zeroes.

Antenna and packaging designer

To connect the mmWave signals generated on-chip to the outside world, a good high-frequency package and antennas need to be designed: co-designing the antenna-in-package with the chip, multi-disciplinary challenges and a firm grasp of Maxwell’s equations are needed to achieve the best performance at these challenging frequencies!

Do you have a strong background in analog, RF and/or mmWave IC design and a passion for technology?

Would you like to be part of the development of radar chips for self-driving cars, LEO/GEO satellite communications and the latest THz imaging applications and much more?

Are you driven to have an impact on the projects you work on? Do you want to feel the excitement of working in a deeptech startup?

Perfect, then you’re the one we’re looking for!

We are always looking for talented and motivated people to join the Tusk IC team regardless of open positions. Get in touch, and we will get back to you to discuss possibilities.

Together we will create the chips for the mmWave applications of tomorrow!
